A dispute is rarely resolved by one system. AdjustmentHub connects to the platforms that sit on either side of it: ACI Worldwide's issuing and acquiring platforms, where the engine is delivered as Automated Dispute Manager (ADM), and the pre-dispute services from Ethoca and Verifi that let an issuer settle a case with the merchant before it reaches a chargeback.
Ethoca Alerts and Consumer Clarity

Collaboration before the chargeback. AdjustmentHub's interface to Ethoca Alerts brings merchant-confirmed fraud and dispute notices into the case record, so the issuer can close the case without initiating a chargeback. Consumer Clarity support puts merchant-supplied purchase detail in front of the cardholder and the agent, which removes the "transaction not recognized" claims that never needed to be disputes.
Verifi CDRN and Order Insight

AdjustmentHub integrates with Verifi's Cardholder Dispute Resolution Network (CDRN) and Order Insight. CDRN alerts are handled in the workflow so merchant-issuer collaboration happens before a chargeback is filed. Order Insight returns merchant order detail to the cardholder and the agent at the point of enquiry, which resolves the claims that are recognition problems rather than disputes.
ACI Worldwide
AdjustmentHub has been integrated with ACI's issuing and acquiring platforms for more than a decade and is available through ACI as Automated Dispute Manager (ADM). An institution running ACI for issuing or acquiring can add the dispute layer, with the network connections already in place. Rabobank runs its dispute operations this way.
