Chris leads Lean's professional services team. He has twenty-eight years in financial services, eighteen of them on dispute management at Lean, and is a certified Project Management Professional. He oversees every client implementation from requirements through go-live.

Angie began in banking as a teller and went on to run a bank's dispute department before joining Lean. Her team of business analysts and visual developers carries decades of dispute resolution experience into client implementations: configuring complex requirements, adding automation, and advising on regulatory and network compliance.

She has fifteen years in software implementation and project delivery, nine of them at Lean, with projects across North America, Europe and South America.
