Lean Industries Our History

Lean Industries was founded on the principle that disputes are significant and warrant dedicated attention. With a passion for solving disputes, our founder Bjorn Larsen recognized the impact of unresolved conflicts on individuals and relationships. Over two decades, Lean has prioritized simplifying dispute processes, cutting costs, and enhancing client-customer relationships. Emphasizing trust-building through dispute resolution, Lean fosters a community committed to excellence. Joining Jonas Software in 2022 has further empowered Lean to expand capabilities, innovate, and maintain its core mission while benefiting from global resources.

Our Founder

Our founder, Bjorn Larsen, was passionate like no one else about solving disputes. Back when disputes were often overlooked and frustrating for everyone involved, Bjorn saw the human side - the confusion, the lost time, and the broken trust. He made it his mission to bring disputes to the center of the conversation and to create tools that truly help people.

Over the years, Lean has grown and changed, but Bjorn’s spirit remains at our core. For more than 20 years, we have stayed focused on helping our clients simplify dispute processes, reduce costs, and most importantly, improve relationships with their customers.

Building Trust

At Lean, we believe disputes are not just a problem to fix – they are an opportunity to build trust and understanding. We are proud to stand with the people who work hard every day to make that happen.

Every year, our clients and team come together at the Lean User Group — a unique, face-to-face gathering where we talk openly about the challenges and breakthroughs in dispute management.
