Bjorn has more than 30 years of experience in software development and new product innovations, software sales, and implementation and support of Fortune 500 customers.

A computer science graduate from Hertfordshire University in England and currently a resident of Canada, Bjorn has started several software companies since he left Tandem Computers in 1982, including Votek Systems, AIS, and Lean Industries.

Tom is a seasoned veteran of the EFT industry, with over 15 years of experience in software sales, partner development and successful marketing campaigns to Fortune 500 customers.

A business graduate from Providence College in Rhode Island and currently a resident of Boston, Tom has held several successful positions with EFT Software vendors most recently as Regional Vice President of S1 Corporation and Regional Sales Manager of S2 Systems focusing on Financial Services/Retail. His many customers/partners include EDS, HP, IBM, H&M, NYCB, Bank of Portugal, Apple Bank, Toys R Us and GE.

Greg graduated from Waterloo University's Computer Science program in 1991 and rapidly progressed in product development skills, with career stops at AIS, Carreker Corporation and most recently Lean. Together with Bjorn, Greg has assisted with the specification and design of our current AdjustmentHub product suite. He is based in Toronto and heads the software product development group.

Peter is a certified Professional Engineer and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with over 20 years of experience in the design and implementation of high-performance online applications in the financial industry. He is in charge of AdjustmentHub's switch and external interfaces and puts his expertise to work on future releases of AdjustmentHub

A certified Project Management Professional with a degree in Business Administration, Chris has been involved in the financial software services industry for over 10 years. Based in Toronto he currently heads up Lean's project services and customer support unit.

Stanislav Shmakov is a Masters graduate from Moscow State Technical University with over 7 year experience in the IT industry leading complex software development, implementation and integration projects. He has extensive previous experience with a number of successful CRM and ERP system implementations and has now joined Lean Industries as a Project Manager and Customer Support specialist.   

Mary Lou Ambrogio - Office Manager

Mary Lou joined Lean from a long career in the securities industry, where she managed complex office procedures and staff members related to the mutual funds business. A long-time resident of London, Ontario Mary Lou streamlines all administrative procedures at Lean and manages the Lean web site.  She also assists the sales and support team with customer meetings, tracking and scheduling.
