AdjustmentHub™ – CLAIMS/Manager
The CLAIMS/Manager workflow product streamlines your exception handling workflows for all transaction types, automating manual processes such as RegE tracking, provisional credit, network responses, chargebacks-on-us, case item aging, and calendar tracking. Older cases will no longer be forgotten; high-risk cases will be prioritized; and background “robots” continuously monitor outstanding cases to alert management personnel of marginal and critical disputes.
CLAIMS/Manager interfaces directly with IMAGE/Manager for claims documentation, fulfillments and representment documents. Integrating with authorization switches such as Postilion Office and Base24eps CLAIMS/Manager automates the creation of outgoing request for copy and chargeback transactions and the handling of incoming adjustments, chargebacks and representments.

The IMAGE/Manager document handling system eliminates the paper chase generated by the massive flow of incoming and outgoing documentation from customers and networks, especially in signature and CNP (card not present) phone and Internet transactions.
IMAGE/Manager interfaces directly with MasterCard's MCOM and Visa's VRO Bulk imaging systems and communicates with scanners, fax servers and email servers to implement a low-cost digital image environment, supporting all user and network documentation needs, including letters and forms. |
